Any tips for skin problems?

Any tips for skin problems?
I'm only 14, but i have pretty horrible under eye wrinkles. They aren't dark or puffy. Just very wrinkly. Anything to help with that? It's hereditary, as far as i can tell, and has been bad since i was 9 or 10.

Also, huge pores and blackheads. I'm more worried about the pores, though. Is it true that there's no permanent reduction? What temporary fixes are there? Like, I know putting ice or a cold towel helps, but anything else? And how long will it help for? an hour, a day, a week?
